★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紹介状を出して貰いたくて受診したがこちらの話を笑いながら話してて大きい病院に行く必要もない、町医者で充分だよっと言われて今回で3回受診したけどもう行きません。
この対応に結構ショックでした。
Although I wanted to see a letter of introduction, I visited him, but I did not have to go to a big hospital talking with laughing about this story, I heard that a town doctor was enough and I visited three times this time, but I will not go.
It was quite a shock to respond to this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付・看護師ともに天狗様。金のない患者を客と思わず、上から物申す対応。あれでは客がいかない。柔軟・機転を効かせた・心配りなど、何一つできない、それは素晴らしい対応でした。
先生についてはわからません。
Both the receptionist and the nurse are Tengu. I do not think that patients without money are customers, and respond from above. There are no customers. I couldn't do anything, such as being flexible, tactful, or worried, which was a wonderful response.
I don't know about the teacher.
