The scenery is great, but it's cold when the wind blows. When the weather is sunny, Nanatsumori looks beautiful and is the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展望台の一番上は風速が20メートル位あり、メッチャ寒かった。一眼レフの望遠レンズで撮影したが、建物事態が揺れてたのでぶれてしまった～。風はあったが晴れていたので、泉ヶ岳や七ツ森が見れたのでよかったです。
At the top of the observatory, the wind speed was about 20 meters and it was very cold. I shot it with a single-lens reflex telephoto lens, but it was shaken because the building situation was shaking. It was nice to see Izumigatake and Nanatsumori because it was windy but sunny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場から私の足で、杉林の坂を上り約10分位で、まるで五重塔の様な、展望台が現れます。上りきると３６０度宮城の展望が出来ます。
展望台の一番上の高さは、海抜１３８メートルで、階段も１３８段になっているそうです。１３８のこだわりは、とみやの語呂合わせだそうです。
アスレチックは何度か利用してましたが、展望台は、初めてでした。ちょっとした登頂気分も味あえるのでおすすめです。
From my parking lot, on my foot, I climbed Sugibayashi's hill, and about 10 minutes later, an observation deck like a five-storied pagoda appears. You can get a 360-degree view of Miyagi when you go all the way up.
The highest height of the observatory is 138 meters above sea level, and there are 138 stairs. 138 seems to be particular about Tomiya's vocabulary.
I used athletics several times, but this was my first time at the observatory. It is recommended because you can enjoy a little climbing feeling.

しかし風避けも何もない展望台なので、
風が強くて寒い時期はかなり厳しいです。
しっかり防寒対策して登りましょう！

However, it ’s an observation deck with nothing to avoid the wind,
It's pretty tough when the wind is strong and cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麓の無料駐車場に車を置いて、登り坂を５～１０分ほど歩くと展望台に到着します。
そこから更にぐるぐると階段を登ると、３６０度見渡せる展望台です。
登りを少し頑張れば、無料でなかなかの良い景色を楽しめます。
特に西側（山側）の景色がおすすめです。
Place your car in the free parking lot at the foot of the mountain and walk uphill for 5 to 10 minutes to reach the observatory.
If you go up the stairs further from there, you will see an observatory with a 360-degree view.
If you do your best to climb, you can enjoy a nice view for free.
The view on the west side (mountain side) is especially recommended.
