★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 利府総合体育館を利用しました。この日は家族で1コートを借りて、2時間ほどバドミントンに汗を流しました。事前予約できれば、もっと便利だと思います。
 I used the Rifu General Gymnasium. On that day, I rented a court with my family and sweated badminton for about 2 hours. I think it would be more convenient if you could make an advance reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温水プールに行ってきました。水中ウォーキング等の股関節のリハビリが目的です。ウォーキングスペースは25mを３コース使っていて余裕はあるのですが、横の捕まるバーが25mの半分位しかなく、スクワット等をする台等の設置もなく、歩くだけではなく運動もしたい人にとっては物足りないです。ロッカールームは、シャワーが家庭用のように２段に掛けるところがあり使いやすかったです。ドライヤーの設置はあるのですが、コンセントが無く持ち込みのクルクルドライヤーが使えませんでした。更衣室も無く銭湯のロッカールームのようでした。
I went to the heated pool. The purpose is rehabilitation of the hip joint such as walking in water. There are three 25m walking courses and there is room for them, but there is only half of the 25m bars to be caught next to them, and there is no installation of a platform for squats etc. For those who want to exercise as well as walk. I am not good enough. The locker room was easy to use as there was a double shower like a home shower. There was installation of dryer, but there was not outlet, and it was not possible to use the crumple dryer brought in. There was no changing room and it was like a public bath locker room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プールを利用しましたが、私が行った時(金曜日)、お昼過ぎには空いて貸し切りになった！素敵そうなスパプールが使えなくなっていて残念だった。コロナのせいかな？けどプール自体はめっちゃキレイで豪華(仙台市内の公共プール比)。天窓がいい感じで明るい。水温は30度なくてがっつり運動する人向けかなと思った。採暖室もジャグジーも(スパがそれだったんだろうと思うけど)ないから寒かった正直、今２月。着替えのスペース(カーテンついてるドライの個室)がなかった他は、シャワーなどは文句なくよかった！棚２段付いてるし。また行きます。
I used the pool, but when I went (Friday), it was vacant and reserved after noon! It was a pity that the nice spa pool couldn't be used. Is it because of Corona? However, the pool itself is very beautiful and luxurious (compared to public pools in Sendai city). The skylight is nice and bright. I thought that the water temperature was not 30 degrees and it was for people who exercised hard. It was cold because there was no heating room or jacuzzi (I think it was the spa), honestly, this February. Except for the lack of space for changing clothes (dry private room with curtains), the shower was fine! It has two shelves. I will go again.

トレーニングマシンを設置したトレーニング室やダンススタジオを併設しています。
I went for the two army games of Rakuten.
There was a baseball stadium, tennis courts and indoor swimming facilities.
A waterslide is installed in the pool.
It has a training room with a training machine and a dance studio.
