★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応がくそ。押し売りはしませんと言いながらがっつり押し売りしてくる。サインもかなりせかしてくる。まじでこんなくそ会社から家買わなくて良かった。
Correspondence is shit. It will be sold hard while saying that we will not sell it. The sign also comes down quite a bit. I really didn't want to buy a house from such a shit company.

支店長がいきなり家に来て決算時期だからと押し入ってきて初対面で年収を聞かれました。
とても、失礼極まりないと思います。
夜の8時を回っているのにもかかわらず
30分は平気で営業かけられます。

建材は最低グレードの一つ上の物を使っています。
建付けは無理やり帳尻合わせしている為か、ドアの左右上下の隙間が違います。斜めにもなってるし。
屋根裏の配線見たらビックリ！素人以下といった感じ。
庭土は廃土を使っているのか、プラスチックやコンクリ片だけならまだしもガラス片が入っています。
住み始めて10年チョット経ちますが、外構は駄目ですね。
家本体は外壁塗装したのみで、経年相応と言った感じです。
東日本大震災の震度6強を喰らった時は、一部石膏ボードの合わせ目で壁紙にシワが少々入ったくらいで済みました。
先日、風呂場の換気扇を交換したらアース線が抜けてきました。
抜けた先が見えないので、この換気扇以外繋がっていなかったと願うばかりです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 訪問営業がしつこいし案内のチラシが多いです。それにある職人さんがクビになりました。理由は玄関の内側のコンクリートに土足厳禁と書いてあるブロックを置いてある事に営業から指摘されクビになったそうです。他の部署からは玄関先の外側で靴を脱ぐ事を言われているし、お客様が住むまでは汚れや傷になったら売り物にならないと常に心得ているそうです。上場企業として目先の事に捉われ、足元が見えていないのではないでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々、しつこい訪問営業と過剰なポスティングで迷.惑かつ不快極まりなかったのに、それに加えて新型コロナウイルスが流行しているにも関わらず、相変わらず1ヶ月で10回近くもポスティングしてきやがって、仮にチラシにウイルス付着してたら責任取れんのか！？
こっちはチラシをゴミ箱に捨てた後に、郵便受けを消毒してから手を洗ったり手間が掛かってるんだよ！
コロナウイルスが収束するまでポスティングと訪問営業を自粛しろ！
