他は外壁タイルだと結構高かったので(^_^;)
営業さんも話をちゃんと聞いてくれる方で良かったです。
 The tile outer wall was good, so I chose Clevery Home.
Others were quite expensive with exterior wall tiles (^ _ ^;)
It was good that the sales person also listened to the story properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モデルハウスを見て最初は少し高い家だなと思いました。もっと安くなるのでは？と。
でも他の住宅展示場なども見て歩き、巡れば巡るほど建物構造の違いや建築後のメンテナンス費用も考えるようになりました。タイル張りの家は外壁再塗装などは基本必要ありません。普通の家であれば残念ながらこれらのコストが掛かると思われます。
イマの事だけではなく、一生に一度の買物だからこそ。
数十年単位で考えれば「タイル張りの家」の方がずっとオトクだと思います。愛する子供さんの為にも。
目先の価格だけでローコスト住宅にしなかったのは今でも正解だと思っています。
When I first saw the model house, I thought it was a little expensive. Is it cheaper? When.
But as I walked around other housing exhibitions, I came to think about the differences in building structure and maintenance costs after construction. Tiled houses do not require any repainting. Unfortunately, a normal house will cost these costs.
It's not just about ima, but because it's a once-in-a-lifetime purchase.
I think "tiled houses" are much more valuable if you think about them in decades. Also for loved children.
I think that it is still the correct answer that we did not make a low-cost house just for the price at hand.
