★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日出勤で、近くに来たので数年振りに寄ってみました。羽後町の「精養軒」さん。かなり以前は旧雄勝中央病院の直ぐ近くに有りましたが、こちらに越してきて20年以上になりますかね。
13時頃の訪問でしてが、かなり混んでました。一人なので、カウンターへ。
オーダーは、入り口にあったセットメニューの案内板から「Aセット」を。半マーボー丼としょうゆラーメン、おしんこのセットです。
ラーメンも半分かと思ったら、普通の盛り。少食のオッちゃんは、食べ切れるか少し心配になりました(^^;;
ラーメンは、昔ながらの優しい味。鰹出汁の魚介スープ、縮れ麺にメンマ、豚モモ焼豚、海苔、ネギ、そして秋秋田県南では定番のナルトと、中華そばの王道を行く味わいです。
マーボー丼は、かなり甘めの味付けで、辛さは殆どないですね。しょうゆラーメンとの組合せを考えての味付けでしょう。私としては、もう少し辛くしてもらえるか、辛さの選択できれば有り難いですね。
メニューを見ると、かなりラーメンに拘りのあるお店のようです。スープ毎のメニューも豊富で、迷う位です。
気になったのは「シャーレンタンメン」ですね！どんなラーメンで、どんな味なのか、次回行く時覚えてたら食べてみます( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ

To order, order "A set" from the information board on the set menu at the entrance. It is a set of half-marvo bowl, soy sauce ramen, and oshin.
If you think that the ramen is half, it's a normal serving. The small-meal ochan was a little worried if he could eat it up (^^ ;;
Ramen has a traditional gentle taste. Seafood soup with eel soup, curly noodles, menma, pork peach roast pork, seaweed, onions, and the classic naruto in the south of Akita prefecture, it is a taste that goes the royal road of Chinese soba.
Marvo bowl is very sweet and has almost no spiciness. It will be seasoned considering the combination with soy sauce ramen. For me, I would be grateful if you could make it a little more spicy or if you could choose the spiciness.
Looking at the menu, it looks like a shop that is very particular about ramen. The menu for each soup is abundant, so it's hard to get lost.
What I was interested in was "Charlen Tanmen"! If you remember what kind of ramen and what kind of taste it tastes next time, I will try it (´ ▽ `) ﾉ

細麺なので大盛も選択の一つ
寒い季節なので、餡かけ焼きそばもおすすめです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ツーリングで何気なく立ち寄って食べた時、美味しかったのを思いだし数年ぶりにわざわざ食べにきました。
その時と同じメニューで注文。
味噌バターラーメン、自家製餃子、半ライス。
自家製餃子はホントに旨い?
店内も広く店員さんの対応も良くて今回も満足しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシューメンを頂きました。縮れの細麺でスープもスッキリあっさり。とても美味しかったです。ご主人のストイックさが伝わります。

店員さんが元気良く出迎えてくれます。
チャーシューメン850円を注文、すぐに出てきました。
スープは醤油の色が濃いながら、味はそこまでしょっぱい訳ではなく、割とあっさり目、但し、脂はそれなりに浮いてます。
麺は極細縮れ麺です。
大振りの肩ロースのチャーシューが3枚。塩味がやや強め、なかなかにボリュームがあります。
他にメンマとナルト（チャーシューに隠れて見えません）、葱が乗ります。
地域密着店という感じで、地元の方と思しきお客さんが次々と切れ目なく入ってました。
