白河ラーメン(正確には西郷村)にしては、
醤油が自己主張してこない、バランス型のあっさりラーメンでした
１つ驚いたのは、麺が美味しい！
それほど太くはない麺ですが、太麺の様なコシと旨味が有る、しかも食べやすい！
これは、味噌ラーメンも食べてみたいです
餃子の方は、初心者は口の中が火傷必須の、肉汁たっぷり餃子です
餃子そのものに、味はほぼ無いので、タレの良し悪しで化けるタイプです
現在は化ける前と言ったトコですね

初めて偶然入りましたが、食べてみて、隠れた名店かと感じました。
気さくな女将さんが切り盛りされていました。常連客もいらっしゃって、愛されたお店のようです。
白河ラーメンを注文しました。とらや食堂の流れを組むお店らしく、とても美味しいラーメンでした。
麺はもとより、太いメンマやローストポークのようなチャーシュー、濃すぎないスープに至るまで、満足できる一杯でした。

気にいってるblogを見てメンマラーメンが気になってお邪魔しました❗

麺は手打ちでモチモチしてポコポコとウェーブしてて旨いね?
なんでも、初代とら食堂のお弟子さんのようです❗
スープはザ白河ラーメンよりは味がしました。醤油はそれほど前面にはきてませんね?
チャーシューはスモーキーなタイプでこれはこれで旨いね❗白河ラーメンのパサパサタイプとスモーキータイプってあるけど両方とも好き❗
このラーメンの主役のメンマ。これがでかくてうまい‼️デカいのに軟らかくて
筋っぽさが全くない❗それに味付けもいいねー?濃くなくて丁度いい感じ、これでビール飲みたい‼️
しかも今時大盛りが+¥100って安いねー?
お店は今はなき石井食堂の隣です??

また、メンマラーメン大盛りにライス。
モチモチの麺にビッグメンマ、たまんねー?あっという間に完食です???
これで税込just¥1000円安くないですか？
今日はなんか前回よりスープ旨かったので(好みの問題ですけど)、☆5でーす‼️

There is no streaks at all ❗ And the seasoning is good ? It's not thick and it feels just right, I want to drink beer with this‼ ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今は無き石井食堂の隣に店を構えるたからや食堂。ここはメンマラーメンが大変人気の白河ラーメン！
注文はもちろんメンマラーメン大盛。画像を見てもわかるようにメンマの迫力が半端ない。絵力がありますね。
メンマはごりごりと歯ごたえよく病みつきになります。それから驚いたのは麺！麺がもっちもちのつーるつる！白河では太い部類に入る麺ですが、喉ごし抜群です。
スープは鶏のダシこそ弱いですが、豚のコクがあってこれはこれで旨い！なにか白河ラーメンのルーツを辿れるような昔のままの昔ながらの白河ラーメン。
こういう店は今となっては大変貴重です。白河あたりもご高齢で畳むお店も増えてきてますしね。
また一つ心の手帳に刻まれました。
