★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年の夏頃に購入しにいったが、若い女性店員が２人いて作業しながらの対応でしたが、自分達が入店すると１人の店員が自分達がいろいろ見て移動する度その目の前に店員も移動してきて、ゆっくり選べなかった。(自分達しか客はいなかった)会計事も釣銭を放り投げるように会計受け皿によこし、商品もマイバッグを渡したらドンドンと投げ入れて、対応にビックリした。

馬肉関連は大概の物は揃う感じ。
私はいつも赤身５０ｇ、上１００ｇ、特上５０ｇを注文します。
上がマグロでいうと中トロで、丁度良い脂の乗り。
口の中でとろけます。
燻製もオススメ！ビールにぴったりです。

肝臓は、見た目グロ過ぎますが、食べたらコリコリと甘味が有ってたまりません。
