★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの皆さんはいつも笑顔で親切。ごはんも他より美味しく雰囲気も良いとの事。お昼時に支払いに伺ったにも関わらず面会に案内して頂けたので、季節も変わるので必要な物はあるか話していたら、メガネの男性が割って入ってきて追い返された。時間長すぎだと自分ではなく祖母に言い、自分とは目も合わせなかった。面会は１５分までなのに半分も経っていなかった！申し訳ないがこっちも多忙で昼しか行けない。せめて昼食の時間なのですみませんとか言えんのか？利用者家族見かけても挨拶もしないのか。こんな人が施設長と分かりとてもがっかりした。
 The staff are always smiling and kind. The rice is tastier than the others and the atmosphere is good. Even though I asked for payment at noon, I was guided to the visit, so when I was talking about what I needed because the seasons changed, a man with glasses broke in and was driven back. I told my grandmother, not myself, that it was too long, and I didn't even look at myself. The visit lasted up to 15 minutes, but less than half! I'm sorry but I'm too busy to go there only at noon. Can you say I'm sorry it's lunch time at least? Do you not say hello even if you see the user's family? I was very disappointed to find such a person as the facility manager.
