★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いわゆるコミュニティセンター的な施設。会議室や調理室などが借りられます。1階に事務所と講堂、階段を上がって2階に和室、研修室（パソコンの部屋）などそれ以外の部屋があります。エレベーター、エスカレーター等はなし。
建物は東小学校のすぐ裏。敷地内駐車場はバリアフリーと講師用のみで、一般駐車場は細い道をぐるっと回った段丘の下にあります。直線距離だと近そうなのですが、実際には崖に取りつく細い階段をえっちらおっちら上り下りしなくてはならないのが結構不便。
A facility like a so-called community center. Meeting rooms and cooking rooms can be rented. There are other rooms such as an office and an auditorium on the 1st floor, a Japanese-style room and a training room (computer room) on the 2nd floor up the stairs. There are no elevators or escalators.
The building is just behind Higashi Elementary School. The on-site parking lot is barrier-free and for instructors only, and the general parking lot is located under a terrace that goes around a narrow road. It seems to be close if it is a straight line distance, but in reality it is quite inconvenient to have to go up and down the narrow stairs that attach to the cliff.
