I visited to use Wework. Although it is an office building, it has Starbucks and so on, so you can spend time without going outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東急不動産によるオフィスビル「オーシャンゲートみなとみらい (OCEAN GATE MINATO MIRAI)」。
2019年の第63回神奈川建築コンクールで、一般建築部門の最優秀賞を受賞。
外観がみなとみらいにあまりなかった感じでかっこいい！
京セラが研究開発拠点「みなとみらいリサーチセンター」を開設している。
2017年の開業当初こそ空室も多かったが、みなとみらい地区のオフィス人気も追い風となり、2019年にはほぼ満室となっている。
ビルの設計・施工は清水建設。
また、東急不動産はUR都市機構から土地（みなとみらい32街区）を購入し、隣接するタワーマンション「ブランズタワーみなとみらい」と共に元々の開発事業者だが、当ビルに関しては完成後に別の会社に売却している。
建物は地上15階建てとされているが、実際のフロアは14階までで15階（RF）は屋上に当たる（屋上庭園がある）。

The building is designed and constructed by Shimizu Corporation.
In addition, Tokyu Land purchased land (Minato Mirai 32 block) from UR Urban Organization and was the original developer along with the adjacent tower condominium "Branz Tower Minato Mirai", but this building is sold to another company after completion. ..
The building is said to have 15 floors above ground, but the actual floors are up to 14 floors, and the 15th floor (RF) is the rooftop (there is a roof garden).
