★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 着付をお願いしましたが、予約可否の折り返しは期日過ぎてもなし。こちらから問い合わせても謝罪の言葉もなし。着付は30分と言われ、間に合うか再三確認して結婚式の時間も伝えて大丈夫と言われたのに終了時刻は大幅にオーバー。着付け師さんは汗だくで綺麗に着付けてくれたので本当に感謝していますが、店側の対応に不信感しかありません。
I asked for dressing, but the reservation availability will not be returned even after the deadline. There was no apology when I contacted from here. It was said that the dressing time was 30 minutes, and after confirming again whether it was in time or not, the wedding time was told and it was okay, but the finish time was significantly over. The dresser is really sweaty and dressed nicely, so I'm really grateful, but I'm just distrusted by the store's response.
