ぴ	ぴょぐみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕食も朝食も楽しまさせて頂きました。朝、お部屋から見た北信五岳の山並が素敵でした。小布施の街歩きにも最適な立地の素敵なお宿&レストランです。 I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The mountain range of Hokushin Gogaku seen from the room was wonderful in the morning. A nice inn and restaurant in a perfect location for walking around Obuse.
T	T W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々のガレット！本場の味が楽しめます。ワインと栗のアイスもいただいて満足でした。ワンちゃんもテラスならOKです。結構繁盛していました。 Galette after a long absence! You can enjoy the authentic taste. I was happy to receive wine and chestnut ice cream. Dogs are also OK on the terrace. It was quite prosperous.

We received galette and quiche, apple cider and wine. The galette had the aroma of buckwheat noodles, the vegetables were plentiful and delicious, and the quiche had the best cheese flavor. Also, I would like to use it when I go to Obuse.
B	BIRD LAND on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ディナーで伺いました。５回くらいは行っていると思います。リエットは惜しみ無い量で提供されます。パンは最初にひとり二個提供され、おかわりが出来ます。ブラムリームースをスモークサーモンで包んだ前菜が絶品です。みゆきポークのソテーは何故かラムのような臭みがありました。栗のクレームブリュレは間違いなく美味しいです。 I visited at dinner. I think I've been there about 5 times. Rillettes are provided in generous amounts. Two breads are provided for each person at the beginning and can be refilled. The appetizer of bramley mousse wrapped in smoked salmon is excellent. The sauteed Miyuki pork had a rum-like odor for some reason. Chestnut creme brulee is definitely delicious.
め	めるまま on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お食事はとても美味しく満足しました。平日に宿泊しましたが他には一家族お2人がお泊まりでした。壁一枚隔てて深夜までと夜明け前の早朝からの話し声ですっかり寝不足になりました。途中我慢できず壁をノックしてみましたが気付かれませんでした。部屋に余裕があるのでしたら、一番遠い所にするべきと思います。 The food was very delicious and satisfying. We stayed on weekdays, but two other people from one family stayed. I was completely short of sleep due to the voices from the early morning before midnight and before dawn, separated by a wall. I couldn't stand it on the way and tried knocking on the wall, but I didn't notice it. If you can afford the room, I think it should be the farthest place.
姓	姓名 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今までに食べたガレットとは別物。入店して奥から出てきた男性店員さんは、いらっしゃいもなく棒立ちでただ見てくるのでこちらから声をかけました。ガレットを単品で注文。先客はすでにメインの食事を終えてデザートが運ばれてたので、早めに料理が来そうだなと思いましたが注文して30分近く待ちました。待ってる間キッチンを時折伺っていましたが、キッチン担当の方はずっと顎マスク状態。マスクの意味ないですね。生ハムのガレットは配膳された時点で生地全体が水分を吸ってやわらかく、パリパリ部分なし、かといってモチモチしてる訳でもなく…蕎麦の風味はほとんど感じられませんでした。生ハムはナイフで切れない固さで淡白な味。野菜はおいしかったです。連れの感想は、蕎麦の風味がない、仔羊のソーセージは臭みと塩気が強く、ソースは酸味がきつかったとのこと。同じくらいの値段でサラダとドリンクをセットで提供してくれるお店があるので、単品で¥1,100はコスパが良いとは言えないですね。ここや、いろんなクチコミを確認してから行っただけにショックでした。 It's different from the galettes I've eaten so far. The male clerk who came out from the back after entering the store just looked at me with a stick without coming, so I called out from here. Order the galette separately. The previous customer had already finished the main meal and the dessert had been delivered, so I thought that the food would come early, but I ordered and waited for nearly 30 minutes. While I was waiting, I occasionally visited the kitchen, but the person in charge of the kitchen was always in a chin mask. The mask doesn't mean anything. When the prosciutto ham galette was served, the whole dough absorbed moisture and was soft, and there was no crispy part, but it was not chewy ... I could hardly feel the flavor of soba. Prosciutto has a light taste with a hardness that cannot be cut with a knife. The vegetables were delicious. The companion's impression was that there was no soba flavor, the lamb sausage had a strong odor and saltiness, and the sauce had a strong acidity. There are shops that offer salads and drinks as a set at the same price, so it's not good to have a cospa for ¥ 1,100 as a single item. I was shocked because I went here and after checking various reviews.
