m	masaaki o on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 堺市役所に仁徳天皇陵古墳全体観れるかな～と思いほぼ半周歩いてやってきました。結論からゆーとこっからでも全体は観れないですけどね。ただ、こちら、役所のため展望するのは、お金掛からないのがいいですね～、眺めのいいとこでてぃーたいむも、食事もできるため最初から来るより、歩き疲れて最後にここに来るのがいいかな。ミックスジュースにアイス入ってるクリームジュース?美味しく頂きました? I came to Sakai City Hall and walked almost half way, thinking that I could see the whole Nintoku Tomb. From the conclusion I can not see the whole even from here. However, it's nice to pay for this view because it's a government office, and it's nice to have a good view and you can eat. I wonder if Cream juice with ice cream in the mixed juice
雲	雲外蒼天123 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 堺市役所の21階が展望台で、無料です。東側の景色はあまり見えませんが、その他は抜群の景色です。大仙古墳も見えますが、さすがに鍵穴の形には見えません。あべのハルカスより高いビルが必要でしょう。コロナのせいか、喫茶はお休みでした。 The observatory is on the 21st floor of Sakai City Hall and is free of charge. The view on the east side is not so visible, but the others are outstanding. You can see the Daisen Kofun, but it doesn't look like a keyhole. You'll need a building taller than Abeno Harukas. The coffee shop was closed, probably because of Corona.
み	みずくらげ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 堺市役所高層館の21階にある展望台です。 2022年1月15日、ミュシャのマンホールカードの配布が始まったので訪問しました。市役所自体は閉庁日ではありますが、展望台は土日も営業しています。こちらからは世界遺産にも認定された仁徳天皇陵を見下ろすことができますが航空写真のような古墳の全景をみることはできないのであまり期待しすぎないようにしてください。市役所の駐車場を利用する人は2階から連絡通路で往き来できます。訪問したのが閉庁日ということもあってか、駐車場の連絡通路から高層館に入った途端に通路が暗くなっていて本当にここであっているのか戸惑ってしまいました。もう少し分かりやすくして貰えるといいかも。 It is an observatory on the 21st floor of the Sakai City Hall high-rise building. On January 15, 2022, I visited Mucha's manhole card because it started to be distributed. The city hall itself is closed, but the observatory is open on Saturdays and Sundays. From here, you can overlook the tomb of Emperor Nintoku, which has been designated as a World Heritage Site, but you cannot see the whole view of the tumulus like an aerial photograph, so don't expect too much. People who use the parking lot of the city hall can come and go from the 2nd floor via the connecting passage. Perhaps because I visited the office on a closed day, the passage was dark as soon as I entered the high-rise building from the parking lot's connecting passage, and I was confused as to whether it was really here. I hope you can make it a little easier to understand.

P	Pascal-Alexander Zöllner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very fun place, which gives an amazing 360° view of Sakai city. There is no entrance fee. The staff was extremly friendly!! When we visited an elderly man who seemed to be a volunteer guide welcomed us. He gave us many interesting information on Sakai and its Kofuns. There was even a cafe up there! I think they'd be happy to see more international visitors there. Sakai is an often somehow overseen sightseeing destination with a rich culture and important history!
