n	nagi nagi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地域の就労系障害者施設を探していたところ、息子さんが通所している知人に教えてもらいました。他の施設も何ヵ所か見学をしていますが、今までの施設は狭い室内にぎゅうぎゅう詰めで作業？していたり、職員さんが堂々と喫煙していたり、なかなかここにという感じではありませんでした。見学説明の印象は…… ①作業場？等が広々 ②車椅子用のトイレがある ③特に精神障害者に対する支援が手厚い ④職員さんの年齢層が高く落ち着いている ⑤就職者数では市内では一番多い ⑥施設は1ヶ所だけなのでこじんまり後日、実習先として進路指導に問い合わせたところ、すでに他の実習決定者もいるそうで候補の一つとしました。地域では長く運営しているほうの施設だったらしく、私は情報難民だったようです。就労支援という仕組みをあまり知らなかったねですが、市役所窓口で聞いても「オアシスさんですね」という感じなので怪しくないというか大丈夫そうだと感じます。まずは実習申込をと検討中です。 When I was looking for a facility for people with disabilities in the area, I was told by an acquaintance my son goes to. I didn't know much about the mechanism of employment support, but when I asked at the city hall window, it felt like "Oasis-san," so I think it's okay. First of all, we are considering applying for training.
