★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国民からの申請があった場合、法律や条例を根拠に判断せず、前例や運用で受理不受理を決めてます。根拠を聞いても うちはそれでやってるから としか答えてもらえませんでした。他の市町村なら法律や条例で審査されるのにとても残念な思いをしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま同級生が働いていた。手続き上必要となる情報（仕事、姓、住所）について、窓口であるのにも関わらず世間話の様に聞いてきた。個人情報を扱う職員としての自覚が足りない。きっと他の友人に漏らしているに違いない。
