★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どら焼購入したが、全体的に小豆が固く一部噛めないほどカチカチの小豆もありました。味は悪くないが、造りが雑です。１つ１９０円だしてもスーパーやコンビニで100円のどら焼よりコスパにクオリティー低すぎ、和菓子やのどら焼ならまちがいないと思い購入した自分が情けない位に思いました。
恐らく工場大量生産で、小豆を炊く鍋を使ったあと洗わず次々使うから、前から鍋に残った小豆にまた火が入りカチカチになってこそぎおとされた物が製品に入ったんだろう
和菓子屋で買ったお菓子でガッカリしたのは初めてです
この施設には他にも和菓子店あります。
敢えてここを選ぶ必要はないかもしれません
基本的には商業施設では入口近くに売り上げのいい客の呼べる店が手前にあります。
やはり中側にある店はそれなりの理由があるのだなと思いました。

This is the first time I was disappointed with the candy I bought at a Japanese confectionery store

Basically, in a commercial facility, there is a shop near the entrance where good customers can call.
I thought that there was a reason for the store in the middle.
