★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小金井市内の公民館のなかでも比較的新しい施設で、内装もキレイ。コピー機、製版機あり。自動販売機のラインナップはもう少し充実させてほしい。休日は学生が2階学習スペース、ロビーを多数利用しているが、マナーは良い印象を受けた。
It is a relatively new facility among the public halls in Koganei city, and the interior is beautiful. Copiers and plate-making machines are available. I want the lineup of vending machines to be a little more fulfilling. On holidays, students used many learning spaces and lobbies on the second floor, but the manners had a good impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 図書館に絵本がいっぱい。靴を脱いで上がれるホールがあり、子供も寛いで本を読める。紙芝居もある。赤ちゃんにオススメの絵本も紹介されている。
大人用は小説が多いが、全体の冊数は他館と比較すると少なめ。だけど、ネット予約して他の館から取り寄せができるので、特に不便はない。平日はお年寄りが多くソファで読書しており、自習机は学生が多く勉強をしている。
センター自体がキレイで、多目的トイレにベビーカーが悠々入る。オムツ替え台あり、授乳室なし。

There are many novels for adults, but the number of books is relatively small compared to other museums. However, there is no inconvenience because you can make a reservation online and order it from other museums. There are many elderly people reading on the sofa on weekdays, and many students study at the self-study desk.
The center itself is beautiful, and a stroller easily enters a multipurpose toilet. There is a diaper changing table and no nursing room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2Fの公民館貫井北分館、生活室A、Bを同時利用しました。部屋の間仕切りは可動式で外す事ができ、AB一部屋で利用できます。
定員が生活室A：8名、生活室B：16名なので、ちょっとした会合で利用できます。
キッチン、食器、調理器具、大型冷蔵庫が備わっているので、材料を持ち込めば自分達で調理する事ができ、できたてアツアツを自分達のペースで食する事が出来ます。
もちろん、使用後は、きちんと洗って掃除する事は必須です。
無料で利用できるので、下手に居酒屋などを貸し切る場合と比べてリーズナブルです。
注意事項として、
公共施設なので、「バカ騒ぎ厳禁」。節度ある大人の良識を求めたい。部屋に隣接するフリースペースでは、学生が一生懸命に勉強しているので、部屋の中の騒音が外に漏れないように注意して欲しい。
We used the public hall Nukii-Kita annex and the living rooms A and B at the same time on the 2nd floor. The room partition is movable and can be removed, so it can be used in one AB room.

The kitchen, tableware, cooking utensils, and large refrigerator are provided, so you can cook your own if you bring in the ingredients, and you can eat freshly cooked at your own pace.

Because it can be used free of charge, it is more reasonable than if you rent a izakaya etc. poorly.
As a note,
Because it is a public facility, it is a "no fuss". I want to seek modest adult decency. In the free space adjacent to the room, students are working hard, so be careful not to let the noise inside the room leak out.
