★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国立駅から徒歩5分ほど。訪問時、半地下では期間限定の展示会（戦時中の国立付近の話？）をやっていて、半２階には各社新聞や雑誌コーナーがおり、２階には小さいながらも子供〜大人向きの図書貸出エリアありました。裏側に公民館利用者専用の駐輪場あり。
