The other branches in Namba and south of the Umeda Hanshin station are both better than this, although this branch, with its concert space, and better location is vibrant and busy. Staff don't bother you with offers of help or anything - but then they are also efficient and helpful when asked. This branch is good, but I prefer both the other nearby branches to this one, particularly for variety of music.
