★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great 2 story TSUTAYA. Starbucks inside. Gets a bit crowded so you might have to wait to get a seat. Seating time is limited to 2 hours and the staff will go around to make sure. You can buy another drink etc to stay for 2 hours more and so on.
