★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メンタルヘルスカウンセラー養成講座を受講しました。私は、仕事で上手く出来かったりすると人と比べて自分はダメな人間だと感じて、とてもストレスになっていました。なので、失敗しないように頑張ってました。でも、頑張りすぎると疲れてしまうし、上手く出来なくてもダメな人間ではない。失敗しても出来るようになるための一歩だと思えるようになりました。
ストレスを理解して、自分を知ることで、他者とのコミュケーションも少し上手くできるようになったと感じています。講座を受けて今までの自分より、少しだけみんなを元気にすることが出来る自分になれたと思うので、講座を受けて良かったと思います。
 I took a mental health counselor training course. I was very stressed because I felt that I was a bad person compared to other people when I was able to do well at work. So I tried my best not to fail. However, if you try too hard, you will get tired, and even if you can't do it well, you're not a bad person. I have come to think that it is a step toward being able to do it even if I make a mistake.
By understanding stress and knowing myself, I feel that I have become able to communicate with others a little better. I'm glad I took the course because I think I've become a little more energetic than I used to be.
