★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我が家では、モカロールケーキ、アップルパイが、大人気です、イチゴのショートケーキも、生地がふわふわで、クリームもとても滑らかで美味しいです。
ただ、火曜日定休日ですが、店頭に在庫が有るわけでは無いのが残念です。
Mocha roll cake and apple pie are very popular at home. Strawberry shortcake is also fluffy and the cream is very smooth and delicious.
However, although it is closed on Tuesdays, it is a pity that it is not in stock at the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 佐久市野沢の商店街の中でも老舗でありつつ、時代にも決して乖離しない上品な菓子、ケーキ類を販売しているお店です。
俗に東京の自由が丘、神戸、そして佐久を日本三大ケーキの街と言うお話を聞いたことがありますが、現在私個人が間違いなく、安心して他にもお勧め出来る店名を聞かれた場合に、最初に思い浮かぶのが、この清水屋さんです。
そして、内山のブレーメン、中込原のハニーココの３店が最近のお気にいりです。
It is a long-established store in the shopping district of Nozawa, Saku City, but it sells elegant sweets and cakes that never deviate from the times.
I've heard that Jiyugaoka, Kobe, and Saku in Tokyo are the three major cake towns in Japan, but now I'm definitely personally asked if I can recommend other stores with confidence. The first thing that comes to mind is this Shimizuya.
And I like Uchiyama's Bremen and Nakagomihara's Honey Coco recently.

色々な種類のケーキやお菓子もありましたね！
とりあえず目当ての苺ケーキを買い、家で頂きました。
見た目より甘さ抑えた感じで、甘過ぎが苦手な私には、とても美味しかったですね(＾∇＾)
