天気の良い日には小さい子供達の良い遊び場所です。
たまにですが犬連れの方が糞尿の始末をせず立ち去る場合があり非常に残念です。
It is a park adjacent to the roadside station
It is a good playground for small children on sunny days.
Occasionally, it is very disappointing for a dog companion to leave without cleaning the manure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道8号線を走る車にとって『マリンドーム能生』は大変ありがたい施設です。
普段はトイレ・コンビニ位しか立ち寄りませんが、旅行客の激減＝収入大幅減のお土産屋さんに少しでもお金を使おうと『カニ屋横丁』を尋ねました。10店舗ほども建ち並ぶ『カニ直売所』にお客さんは誰もおらず、一斉に声を掛けてくる売り子さん達。その中から一軒だけで購入するのは気が引けてしまい結局購入できず終い。
コンビニでお茶とおにぎりを購入し、海洋公園の芝生で食べました。
潮風に吹かれながらあちこちに在る屋外彫刻をブラブラ眺めるだけでリフレッシュ出来ます。
信州人にとっては『海』を見るだけでテンションが上がるんですけどね。
"Marine Dome Nou" is a very grateful facility for cars running on National Highway No. 8.
I usually only drop in at toilets and convenience stores, but I asked "Kaniya Yokocho" to spend even a little money on a souvenir shop where the number of tourists has dropped sharply = the income has dropped sharply. There are no customers at the "Crab Direct Sales Office", which is lined with about 10 stores, and the salespeople call out all at once. I was reluctant to buy only one of them, so I couldn't buy it after all.
I bought tea and rice balls at a convenience store and ate them on the lawn of the marine park.
You can refresh yourself just by looking at the outdoor sculptures here and there while being blown by the sea breeze.
For Shinshu people, just looking at the "sea" raises their tension.

そこそこ広くて遊具もありファミリーにはちょうど良い休憩ポイントになりそうです。
公園のすぐ隣にコンビニ、鮮魚店、新鮮な海鮮料理が頂ける食堂があります。
A park along the coast of Itoigawa.
It is reasonably large and has playset, so it seems to be a good resting point for the family.
Right next to the park is a convenience store, a fish store, and a dining room where you can enjoy fresh seafood.
