池	池田和也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅街の中にひっそりとある・・・という印象の蕎麦屋さん。店内は木の色調の強い落ち着いた雰囲気で、小上がりから見える庭の緑が良いです。国産蕎麦の二八蕎麦。かなり強いコシのある食べごたえがあり、喉ごしも良い蕎麦でした。蕎麦のコシは人によっては固いくらいに感じる人も居るかも知れません。個人的にはかなり美味しいです。次はあたたかいかけそばや、そばがきも食べてみたいです。駐車場は三台分しかないので注意。 A soba restaurant with the impression that it is quietly located in a residential area. G	G.Sタレゲン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21/12/05 手打ち蕎麦野のやさんでランチ野のやさんでお蕎麦を頂いた。原信裏の住宅街にあり、駐車場は少ないので注意が必要。席数も、一人用カウンター席が4～5席と4～5人のテーブル席が2つほど。コシの強いしっかりとしたお蕎麦で強めの出汁と相性が良く美味しかった。やや蕎麦の量が少ないかなと言う感じなので、そこは評価が分かれそう。また、田舎そばは大盛りが出来ないらしいのだが、ざる蕎麦よりも太めのコシと蕎麦の風味強めの後味も独特で、ハマる人はハマる気がする。個人的に良かったのは、そば湯と出汁の相性が凄く良い点。そば湯を飲むとフワッと香りが立って美味しかった。この出汁は温蕎麦との相性も良さそうなので、次回は温蕎麦系も期待して食べたいものだ。ニシンの蕎麦が気になっている。そばがきは、柔らかくモチモチトロトロしていて大満足！? 個人的なそば屋の評価ポイントとしては、蕎麦湯とそばがきの満足感で決まる気がしている。値段と量に関して評価が分かれそうなお店で、趣味的な小規模・家族経営的な手打ちお蕎麦屋さんなので、量にも制限があるのかもしれない。堅実な経営で地道にファンを増やしている気がする。 21/12/05 Lunch at Handmade Soba Nonoya-san I got soba from Nonoya-san.
