フライ用のワカサギって、そんなに獲れるものじゃなく、貴重だと思います

豚の生姜焼き定食を美味しくいただきました。
昔、お母さんが作ってくれたような、あの懐かしい味がしました。野尻湖名物 ワカサギの天ぷらなど、ここでしか味わえないものもあります。
季節的な観光客も来ると思いますが、伺った時は地元の消防団の若い方達が座敷で盛り上がっていました。地元に親しまれている感じです。

The pork ginger set was delicious.
I had that nostalgic taste that my mom made a long time ago. Some of the specialty of Lake Nojiri such as smelt tempura are only available here.
I think seasonal tourists will come, but when we visited, young people from the local fire brigade were excited in the parlor. It feels familiar to the local people.

毎年8月14日に来ています。地元の方や外国のラーメン好きにも人気があるんですね。

Downside– allows smoking inside.
