★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まるひろの中にあることは知っていたのですが今回初めて伺いました。携帯端末の買い替え(端末のみの購入)で伺ったのですが、大手量販店は対応が雑で嫌な印象を受けることが多い今ホスピタリティの高い対応をいただけて嬉しかったです。急かされることもなく(空いていたからかもしれません)良いお店だと感じました。ポイントも付与いただいたので、またお伺いします。

I asked about the replacement of mobile terminals (purchase of terminals only), but I was happy to receive a high level of hospitality now that major mass retailers often get an unpleasant impression because the correspondence is sloppy. ただ、レジを担当した方の接客が最悪。福袋商品なのに定価で会計を行ったり、クレジット払いの操作方法について説明もなく終始無愛想。
身だしなみもあまり綺麗とは言えませんでした。

色々お話やイヤホンの接続の仕方まで一緒に教えて頂き親切でした。

こちらとしては、どれを選んで良いか分からないから直接店舗に来ているので、選ぶ為の情報を知りたかったのですが‥。
せめて、実際に使う時に必要になるもの（別売りの付属品など）くらいは教えて頂けていたら親切だったと思います。
これからは自分で勉強して、積極的に通販を利用しようと思います。
