★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ノジマNEW平塚店(現オフハウス平塚店)の閉店後、しばらくの間は市内にノジマが無かった為、市内の家電量販店や市外の店舗を利用していましたが、数年前にららぽーとの開店と同時に事実上復活して期待していました。
しかし、開店して間もない頃は店舗の売り場が家電量販店とは思えないほどの狭さで、品揃えも悪く、他店を利用せざる負えないこともありましたが、リニューアルして売り場が拡大してから、品揃えも以前より増えて、利用回数も増えました。
店員さんの接客も素晴らしいので、クチコミの評価が高いのも納得です。

The customer service of the clerk is also wonderful, so I am convinced that the reviews are highly evaluated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大型家電を購入。リサイクル料金が異なり配送時に追加料金を支払った。購入時に自分が明細をよーく確認すれば良かったのだが、店員も大きさは確認しなかった。接客は好ましく、2,3年前よりずっと良かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個々の製品をしっかり研修？でチェックしているようで、長所短所それぞれわかりやすく説明してくれた。長所はカタログにいっぱい書いてあるが、実際稼働させての短所や苦情はなかなか聞けないので、製品選びに参考になった。本当は売りたい製品が別にあったかもしれないが、おすすめはしてくれるが、押し売りはしない接客も好感が持てました。4月からの本厚木店への移動前に決済まで出来て良かったです。
