★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スマホ他社への乗換え3台新規契約1台の計4台をノジマでお願いしました。とても感じの良い女性店員さんでした。ほんの少し要領が良くないかな〜とは感じましたが一生懸命で好感が持てました…が…同じカウンター内に居た男性店員さんは感じが悪かったです。女性店員の不手際に対してずーっとネチネチネチネチ他のお客様にも聞こえる位の声で嫌味を言い続けていました。それだけ言い続けてるなら、手伝えばいいものを小言を言うだけそこに居るかの様でした。男性店員はホチキス、ハサミはどこだ？どこだ？と騒いでましたが声に出す前にまず探せ！と言いたい。子供だってそれくらいするわ！教育のつもりなのかわからないけどお客様の前でネチネチ言い続けて姿はみっともないです。女性店員さんには頑張って欲しいと心から願います。
 Nojima asked for a total of 4 smartphones, 3 for transfers to other companies and 1 for new contracts. It was a very nice female clerk. I felt that the procedure was a little sloppy, but I worked hard and liked it ... but ... the male clerk at the same counter didn't feel good. I continued to sarcastic about the female clerk's inadequacies with a voice that could be heard by other customers. If I kept saying that much, it was as if I was there just to say something that I should help. Where are the male clerk staplers and scissors? Where's? But before you speak out, look for it first! I want to say. Even kids do that much! I don't know if it's intended for education, but I can't seem to keep talking in front of customers. I sincerely hope that the female clerk will do her best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ感染がまた増えてきているため、まとめ買いなどで極力買い出しの回数を減らせるように、以前から悩んでいた冷凍庫を購入しようと見に行きました。
最初から1店舗目で決めるつもりはなく、複数店舗回って価格等を参考にする予定で、ノジマ→他社A店→他社B店と回りました。
A店は、価格がノジマよりも高めの設定
B店は、店員さんに在庫等詳細を聞きたくても店員同士でずっと話をしていたり、やっと声を掛けても今はすみません。とずっと手があかないようなので、話を聞くことも諦めて店を後にしました。
再度、ノジマに戻って在庫等詳細を聞きたいなと店員さんを探しに向かうと「いらっしゃいませ」という声がけとともにこちらの視線に気付いてくれて、すぐ対応していただきました。

在庫や納期、価格の説明も分かりやすく、購入手続きで席を離れた際も戻って来る時に駆け足で戻ってきてくれて、とても気持ちのいい接客をしていただきました！
また何か購入する際は、お願いしたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

I didn't intend to decide on the first store from the beginning, but planned to visit multiple stores and refer to the prices, etc., and went around Nojima → other company's A store → other company's B store.
Store A has a higher price than Nojima
At store B, I'm sorry even if I want to ask the clerk for details such as inventory, but the clerk talks with each other all the time, or even if I finally talk to them. I seemed to be out of hand for a long time, so I gave up listening and left the store.
When I went back to Nojima and went looking for a clerk to ask for details such as inventory, he noticed this line of sight with a voice saying "Welcome" and responded immediately.

The explanation of inventory, delivery date, and price is easy to understand, and even when I left my seat during the purchase procedure, when I came back, he came back in a hurry, and I was able to serve customers very comfortably!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族4人分の携帯の乗り換えで相談しに行きました。接客された女性店員の方の対応が素晴らしかったです！こちらの状況への配慮のおかげで満足のいく契約ができました。目の前の契約をテキパキとこなし、並行してレジ前で困っている人に声を掛ける手際の良さを見ていて気持ちが良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パソコンが壊れてから何度か商品を見に来ました。ネットやメーカー直接サイト、他社も見てまわりました。ノジマさんは自宅から近く仕事帰りに寄れる場所にあり今までもお世話になっている安心感はあります。
3月中に購入したいと考えていたので何度か立ち寄りました。たまたま菅田さんと2回お会いし説明も丁寧でわかりやすく、こちらが分からない事や迷っている事をすぐに対応して頂きありがたかったです。
中古パソコンを数回ネット購入して後悔したので、今回の購入はお客様対応能力と誠実さの一言に尽きます。ありがとうございました。
I have come to see the products several times since my computer broke. I also visited the internet, the manufacturer's direct site, and other companies. Mr. Nojima is close to his home and is in a place where he can come home from work, so there is a sense of security that he has been indebted to.
I wanted to buy it in March, so I stopped by several times. I happened to meet Mr. Sugada twice and the explanation was polite and easy to understand, and I was grateful that he immediately responded to any questions or concerns.

今回も高齢の母のスマホへの切り替えに対して担当して下さった田中さんは素晴らしく、案内や説明も配慮が行き届いていて安心できました。
田中さんご本人の意識の高さもあると思いますが、ノジマの人財育成などもしっかりとされているのではないかと思いました。
家電量販店の中で今後の躍進が期待できる唯一の会社ではないでしょうか。
