まだノートパソコンにするか、タブレットにするか、果たしてWindowsにするかAppleにするかも決めておらず漠然と息子と見ていたところ、店員さんに声をかけてもらい、自らの体験談も交えて有意義なアドバイスをもらえたおかげで、息子も欲しいもののイメージが湧いたようでした。良い買い物ができ、良い気分で帰ることができました。話を聞いているうちにうっかり僕も思わず同じものを欲しくなってしまいそうになりました。

ノジマさんが接客うまいとの話は聞いていましたが、本当のようでした！担当してくれた方が良かったのかもしれませんが。
今まで家電は他社で揃えていましたが、これからはノジマさんで揃えようと思っています

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日に携帯を契約しに行ったら在庫がなく、火曜日なら確実に入るのでと言われたので予約して帰って、家に着いたら電話が来ていて在庫が入らないと言われた。30分以上店内で待たされたあげく、帰宅するまでの30分くらいで折り返しの電話。わざわざ遠くまで行ったのに電話すら冷たいし、店内にいる間に在庫確認ちゃんとして欲しかったし、電話しているときもキャンセルになるという明確なことすらちゃんと伝えてくれないし、がっかり。担当者が見当たらないんですよねーって軽く言う男の店員さんの態度も聞いてて気分が悪かった。もうこの店舗には行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 販売員の方も各社の特徴を丁寧に説明して頂きました。特定のメーカーを押し付けるのではなく、納得いくまで比較して説明して貰いました。以前から家電はノジマ所沢本店で購入していますが、今後もそうしたいと思います。
配送の方も丁寧な搬入設置で好感が持てました。
ただ一つ前日夜に配送時間をショートメールで連絡するはずがなかったので－1点です。当日朝カスタマーセンターで直ぐ対応して貰いましたので問題は有りませんでしたが……
