The building is close to Minami Kusatsu Station and there are several stores including restaurants from the first floor to the third floor, and there are various exchanges with the library on the fifth floor.

Every Wednesday Saturday, the farm direct sending field talent city comes out. It is convenient directly connected to the parking lot で at the station direct building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR南草津駅から３分とアクセスがよい50名位入室出来る部屋があるので会議、研修、講習会に便利。僕は公益社団法人日本けん玉協会のライセンス講習会で行きましたが良い施設だと思いました。
Convenient for meetings, training, and seminars as there is a room that can accommodate about 50 people, which is easily accessible from JR Minami-Kusatsu Station. I went to a license seminar of the Japan Kendama Association, but I thought it was a good facility.

100均一もあります。上の階は図書館やイベント、講座の部屋になってます。最上階はスポーツジムです。

There are also 100 uniforms. The upper floors are rooms for libraries, events, and lectures. The top floor is a sports gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近江の山城を歩くの発刊記念講演会サンライズ出版の企画でありました。県立大の中井先生の話しと五人でのパネルディスカッションがありました。滋賀県には1300もの城があり、日本で二位の多さです。多い背景なのは近江商人の経済力があったそうです。第一位は兵庫県です。近江は一国ですが、兵庫は5も6も国がありましたので、滋賀は単独の国として数えたら第1位になります。
Publication commemorative lecture meeting of Omi's Yamashiro was a plan of sunrise publication. There was a talk of Prefectural University teacher Nakai and a panel discussion with five people. Shiga Prefecture has 1300 castles, and is the second largest in Japan. It seems that there was the economic power of the Omi merchant that there was much background. The first place is Hyogo prefecture. Omi is a country, but Hyogo has 5 or 6 countries, so Shiga will be the first place if it is counted as a single country.
