K	Kooo Jooo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン屋さんに行こうとしたのですが､麺が切れてたとのことですでに閉店してたので宿の人にすすめられたこちらの店へ。とても美味しいお好み焼きでした。なお週末のみの営業です。 I tried to go to a ramen shop, but it was already closed because the noodles had run out, so I went to this shop recommended by the inn. It was a very delicious okonomiyaki. It is open only on weekends.
雄	雄だ雌だ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四国から初めての訪問させて頂きました。 19時ごろ車で来たのですが娘さんが丁寧に道案内して貰いなんとか入店！（車詰め込みで4台位置けると思います。） ??禁煙で無いのが残念… ですが…50近いオッサンですが正直お好み焼きで、数回驚のきと美味しさにルンルンでした。-W （当然ですが、お好み焼きなので臭いが着きます。）まず最初に驚いたのが注文方法で、お品書きの上に書いてる番号での注文方法かな❗ 二つ目は、席数がメチャ少ないのに調理鉄板の上で頂ける事（店内もチョーレトロ！）❗ 三つ目は、焼き方❗（関西風のお好み焼きと広島風の中間見たいな感じ）四つ目は、食べた時の食感❗関西風の生地のふわふわやもっちり生地の固さは無く、広島風の下生地パリパリでも無く、どちらかと言えば、もんじゃ焼きの食感に近くお焦げがサイコー❗ しかも、ソースがメチャ美味しい❗ 生地、ソバ、野菜、イカや豚肉、砂ずり、の焼き加減やソースのバランスが◎遠方から食べに来ても納得の行く味でした。又近くに来たらお邪魔させて頂きます This is my first visit from Shikoku. I came by car around 19:00, but my daughter kindly gave me directions and managed to enter the store! (I think you can position 4 cars by packing cars.) ?? Sorry for not smoking ... But ... It's almost 50 okonomiyaki, but honestly, it was okonomiyaki, and I was surprised and delicious several times. -W (Of course, it's okonomiyaki, so it smells.) The first thing that surprised me was the ordering method, which is the number written on the item description. ❗ The second is that you can have it on a cooking iron plate even though the number of seats is small (the inside of the store is also very retro!) ❗ The third is how to grill ❗ (I want to see something between Kansai-style okonomiyaki and Hiroshima-style) Fourth, the texture when eaten ❗ The fluffy and chewy dough of the Kansai style is not firm, and the dough is not crispy in the Hiroshima style, rather it is closer to the texture of monjayaki. Toppings at 8 and 4 You can choose buckwheat beads or udon noodles (basically a soba noodle if you do not say) ☆ Both are delicious ☆ It is very good with old-fashioned atmosphere with a conversation with a clerk!

"Okonomiyaki" literally means roughly "your favorite yaki", so you can actually tell what exactly you want in the filling. Your "okonomiyaki" is prepared on the iron plate (as in "teppanyaki") in front of you, and you eat that right on the plate - with a stainless steel spatula. Don't be surprised if you are surrounded by locals who have come for a snack after work.
K	Kaz K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Okonomiyaki is tasty. The place is a little far from the station, so you can take a taxi in front of Onomichi station or you can walk 15-20 minutes from the station. You can eat a delicious one late at night. This Okonomiyaki is little different from a famous Hiroshimayaki in that the dough of Okonomiyaki is thin.
