★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来世墓地石鳥居は等覚門、正覚門を意味する二基一具の造立で、全国的に見ても珍しい形式です。南側の鳥居は安永六丁酉歳（1777）、北側の鳥居は文化七庚午（1810）造立と刻銘されています。平城京の研究者だった北浦定政は来世（ライセイ）が羅城の訛りであったと論じています。（ネットから）
 The stone torii gate of the afterlife graveyard is a two-unit, one-piece construction that means the Isokakumon and the Shokakumon, and is a rare form nationwide. The torii gate on the south side is inscribed as Anei Rokucho Rooster (1777), and the torii gate on the north side is inscribed as Bunka Shichiyo (1810). Sadamasa Kitaura, a researcher at Heijokyo, argues that the afterlife (Raisei) was the accent of Rajo. (From the net)
