★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても気に入った物件がありアプリ、web、メールそれぞれで何度も問い合わせしましたが、１週間が過ぎても一向に返信がなく電話で問い合わせたところその日の前日に決まってしまったと言われました。
問い合わせをして返信を待っている間に…と思うと悔しさしかありません。
電話で問い合わせた際一度返信したと言っていましたがそのようなメールはなく、問い合わせの確認のメールはその都度届いているのでアドレスの間違いもないし、迷惑メールフォルダにも届いていません。
そもそも何度も問い合わせているのに一度しか返信していなかったことにも驚きます。
掲載も消したと言っていましたがその問い合わせ後にも同物件がアプリやweb上に掲載され続けているので、随分いい加減な管理をされているようです。
今ではその物件も釣りだったのだと思います。
不動産屋さんはいい加減なところが多いとは聞いていましたが、今までいい不動産屋さんばかりだったのでこんなにがっかりしたのは初めてです。
