初めて行ったときは、心身ともに疲れていて、人と話すだけでも大変でした。
ですが、ここに来たことで、自分・他人・家族との関わり方などを教えてもらって、今では疲れることが少なくなりました。
カウンセラーさんの話し方が、とても丁寧で、話しやすくて何でも話せました。

いつもどうしたら良いのかわからず不安でした。
体調が崩れると回復するのにかなり時間がかかり、その繰り返しでした。
近隣のクリニックや大学病院の精神科で、カウンセリングと薬の処方をしてもらいましたが良くなりませんでした。

カウンセリングを続けていくと、職場での恐怖が減り、じんましんが出なくなり、仕事を続けることができています。
