たまたまジムを知り、またやってみようと始めました。
最初に驚いたのは、『立つ』ことから教わった事。
こんなことをやるとは思いもよらず(笑)
今はまだまだ理想のからだ作りの途中ですが、学生の部活をしているようで楽しいです！
少しずつ体が変わったり、重い物を持ち上げたりする達成感はたまりません。
なにより、仕事や日常生活が楽で疲労を感じにくくなりました！

I trained in my own way a dozen years ago, but I gave up because I couldn't get any visible results.
I happened to know Jim and started trying again.
The first thing that surprised me was what I learned from "standing."

I'm still in the process of making my ideal body, but it's fun to be a student club!
The sense of accomplishment of changing your body little by little and lifting heavy objects is irresistible.
