★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山梨に行くときは、結構立ち寄ります。
今回頂いたのは、鳥モツと卵焼き、上天丼です。鳥モツは言わずと知れた甲府のB級グルメ。卵焼きは出汁の効いた甘い卵焼き。天丼はごま油で揚げているため香ばしく仕上がっています。
美味しいお蕎麦屋さんなので、石和温泉駅に来た方は立ち寄ってみてください！
 When I go to Yamanashi, I stop by quite.
This time I got a bird motu, a fried egg, and a tempura bowl. Komo bird is a well-known Kofu B-class gourmet. Boiled egg is a sweet fried egg with soup stock. Tengu is fried with sesame oil and finished fragrant.
As it is a delicious soba restaurant, please stop by if you come to Isawa Onsen Station!

昭和な感じもいいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かもざるをいただきました。細めの更科で、さっぱりしておいしかったです。お出汁はあつあつでさっぱりめでした。卵焼きはふわふわしておいしかったです。

口コミを見て鳥モツ煮と玉子焼きとざる蕎麦注文。
蕎麦は細めでコシがあり、スルッと食べれます。
鳥モツ煮は濃いめの生姜の効いたタレと絡まって大変美味しかったです。甘辛よりも甘目です。お酒欲しくなります。
卵焼きは甘口のふわふわでこちらも美味しかったです。

天ぷら蕎麦はかき揚げが一つだけ。しかもツユに浸かった状態で運ばれる。
蕎麦は恐らくほとんど小麦粉。蕎麦の香りも味も無し。駅の立ち食いそばと同じクオリティ。確か1600円ほど(怒)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そば処幟にてもりそば。帰りの電車に乗る前に行きたかったこちらへ。天ざるが食べたかったのですが朝食を沢山食べたので断念し（笑）、もりそばに。こちらのご主人はかつて室町砂場で修行したとの事で、田舎そばとは違う細めで腰のあるタイプの美味しいお蕎麦でした。最後にそば湯を頂き満足しました。
Mori soba at Nobori. I wanted to go here before getting on the return train. I wanted to eat Tenzaru, but I ate a lot of breakfast, so I gave up (laughs) and went to Mori soba. This husband used to train at Muromachi Sunaba, so it was a delicious soba with a thin and chewy type that was different from the countryside soba. Finally, I was satisfied with the soba bath.
