基本美味しいんですが、たまたま鉄板の焦げを落としていなかったのか、全面的に焦げつき油臭くて残念だったことがありました。

It's basically delicious, but I was disappointed that it was totally burnt and oily, probably because I didn't remove the char from the iron plate.

美味しくて、塩豆が良いアクセントです♪
わらび餅も、きな粉の甘さが溶け込み
ぷるっと、喉越し滑らか、美味でした。
