D	Do Do on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもひどい対応でした。・電話応対者の態度が喧嘩腰で最悪・折り返しの連絡が全くこない・査定結果が出ているのにそれを伝え忘れる・買取金額が他業者の10分の1 買取の問い合わせをしましたが、電話対応の態度がかなり悪くとても不快でした。女性と男性、どちらのスタッフの対応も受けましたが、2人とも「なんでそんなに喧嘩腰なのか？」と思うほどの口調でした。買い取れるとしたらいつ頃になるか、金額感を聞くと「そもそも買い取れるかどうかわかんないんで！」とぶっきらぼうに言われました。担当者から折り返し電話をすると言われ4日ほど待っても連絡がこず。他業者に待ってもらっていたため、改めて電話すると「じゃあ今日中に連絡しますんで！」となぜか逆ギレ気味に告げられる。が、営業終了時間ギリギリまで音沙汰なし。こちらから再度電話をかけると別の担当に代わり、特に謝罪もなく「あー、査定結果出てますね〜」と答える始末。もらった金額は他業者の10分の1にも満たなかったためにやめました。もし査定価格が高かったとしても、応対が最悪だったので、かえって頼まなくて済んでよかったです。 It was a very terrible response. ・ The attitude of the telephone respondent is the worst in a quarrel ・ No call back ・ Forget to tell the assessment result even though it is available ・ The purchase price is 1/10 of that of other companies I made an inquiry about the purchase, but the attitude of responding to the phone was quite bad and it was very unpleasant.
