A	A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リップを2色購入したら、1色間違えている事に気づき店に戻りました。棚を見てみると、私が欲しかった色はほんとは完売していて、空の所に隣の色を沢山詰められているようでした。確認せずに買った私も悪いですが、どのパッケージも色が似ていてパッと見では分かりません。一本だけ混ざって置いてあるならまだしも、隣の違う色を置くのはどうなんでしょう？すごく雑な陳列の仕方だなと思いました。レジに行くと、「交換ではなくて返金なんですね？」と不思議そうに何度も聞かれ、「欲しかった色のところに違う色が並べられていて、私が欲しかった色は元々なかったので返金です」と話しましたがレジの操作に追われていたのか無反応でした。私も悪いんですけど、一言言ってほしかったですね。あの並べ方はないです。返金するのもレジの長蛇の列にまた並び直しで最悪でした。 After purchasing two colors of lipstick, I realized that I made a mistake in one color and returned to the store. They’re pretty helpful but alas, it seems that particular mask has been pulled out. They have many cure and interesting items so it’s fun to just look around although I did not find what I was looking for, including stamps that must be carried by other Loft branches but are not available here.
