降りると広がる砂浜を歩かれるし
幅の広い堤の上でたまに来る
ミサゴを見るのもよし。
瀬戸内海の出なので泳げるの？
と思う波の高さではあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の海で横に長くて端から端まで歩くとだいぶ運動になります。震災から整備されて凄く綺麗になりました。石巻、七ヶ浜、塩釜、松島が見えます。
It's a long sideways walk in the local sea and it's a lot of exercise. It has been maintained since the earthquake and has become very beautiful. You can see Ishinomaki, Shichigahama, Shiogama, and Matsushima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても広々とした海岸です。私が伺った時は生憎の曇天。ただ景色はとてもキレイで半島の先端などが見えます。
静かに波の音を聞くにはピッタリの海岸です。
It's a very spacious beach. When I visited, it was a cloudy day. However, the scenery is very beautiful and you can see the tip of the peninsula.
The beach is perfect for quietly listening to the sound of the waves.

とても見晴らしが良く、波の音が心地よく感じます。
昔のように海水浴が楽しめる平和な海岸になると良いですね。

これが砂だけでできてるなんて驚きです。
震災以来、久しぶりに砂浜を歩きました。
子供の頃よく泳ぎにきてましたが、堤防もきれいになって、松がなくなって、違う浜みたいです。

It's amazing that this is made entirely of sand.
I walked on the beach for the first time in a long time since the earthquake.
I used to go swimming when I was a kid, but the embankment is clean, the pine trees are gone, and it looks like a different beach.
