★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員さん皆さんがとても感じが良く、入所者さん１人１人の事を把握して下さってると思います。母は入所してから笑顔が増え血行が良くなったせいか、あれだけ痛がっていた背中や腰を痛いと言わなくなりました。
I think that all the staff members are very comfortable and understand each and every one of the residents. My mother no longer said that her back and lower back, which had been sore, hurt, probably because her smile increased and her blood circulation improved after she entered the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 支援相談員は態度も言葉も横柄。家族の支援ではなく施設経営の支援に必死。
実際に介護している職員達は親切。
インフル流行期間は約3ヶ月面会禁止となり誰も入れず中の様子はわからない。しかしその期間もショートステイは受け入れるので、感染予防がどこまで有効かは疑問。
The support counselor is arrogant in both attitude and language. Desperate to support facility management, not family support.
The staff who are actually caring are kind.
The flu epidemic period is banned for about 3 months, and no one can see what is going on. However, I will accept short stays during that period, so I doubt how effective infection prevention will be.

結果的にもうお世話になることもありません（そしてそれは大変残念ですが）が、こちらの方々がベストを尽くしてくれたことは疑ってません。
この施設にいた間の父は笑顔も極めて多かったですし、こちらにいられた間がある意味父の一番幸せな時期だったのかも、と思います。
費用も良心的でした。
ただ、施設経営はなかなか苦しそうです。
いずれ寄付などできたらと思っています。
p.s. イベントの際に喫煙スペースを作ってくれていたのもありがたかったです。こういったどんな人も排除しない姿勢、凄く嬉しかったです
My father took care of me.
As a result I won't take care of it anymore (and that's a shame), but I don't doubt that they did their best.
My father had a lot of smiles while at this facility, and I think it was the happiest time for him to stay here.
The cost was reasonable.
However, facility management seems to be quite difficult.
I hope we can make a donation someday.
p.s. I was grateful that they created a smoking space during the event. I was so glad I did not exclude any of these people
