次に引き取りに行ったら自宅の洗濯機で洗うのと変わらないレベルの最低の仕事ぶりで、汚れが落ちていない事に言及すると、「そんな指示はなかった」の一点張り。そちらもメニューの説明しなかったですよね？(笑)
聞かれないから、説明しないってのは詐欺と同じですよ？(笑)
話も聞かずに、文句があるなら二度と利用するなと言われて、帰らされました。
接客態度、仕事の質共に、最低レベルなので2度と利用しません。
星1つ付けるの、もったいないレベルです

The next time I went to pick it up, it was the same level of work as washing it in my washing machine at home, and when I mentioned that it wasn't clean, I said, "I didn't have such an instruction." You didn't explain the menu, right? (Lol)
It's the same as a scam if you don't explain because you won't be asked, right? (Lol)
Without listening to the story, I was told not to use it again if I had any complaints, and I was returned.
Both the customer service attitude and the quality of work are at the lowest level, so I will never use it again.
It's a waste level to attach one star
