★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お客の大事な服を預かっているという意識が非常に低いと疑われても仕方のない対応にがっかりしました。
受け取りに行き、仕上がっているはずの服が見当たらないとひたすら待たされ、挙句に「再度お時間を欲しい」と、再訪を求められる始末、、、
クリーニング店としてお客の預けた服が見当たらないなどというのは、言語道断な話かと思います。
結局、かなりの時間待ち続け、まったく違う棚にあったということで出てきました。
こんなにも管理がずさんなのかと、怖くなりました。
「高級ブランドも任せてください」と謳っている店としては足元がこれでは非常に残念です。
ぜひ、今後はしっかりとした対応をお願いしたいです。

I think it's outrageous to say that you can't find the clothes you left as a dry cleaner.
After all, I kept waiting for a long time and came out because it was on a completely different shelf.
I was afraid that the management was so sloppy.
It's a shame that this is a store that says, "Please leave the luxury brands to us."
By all means, I would like to ask for a firm response in the future.
