★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品の場所がわからなくて、店員さんに聞いたところ、「そのへんにあるはずです。」とだけ言われ、案内もしてくれなかった。他の店員さんに聞いたら、在庫切れでない、取り寄せになる。と言われ、探した労力が無駄になった気分でした。忙しかったのかもしれませんが、聞かれたことくらいきちんと答えてほしいと思います。もう行きたくないです。

I felt like the effort I was looking for was wasted. It may have been busy, but I would like you to answer as much as you were asked. I don't want to go anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜駅から徒歩数分のところにあるビブレには、若者向けの店が入っています。お年を召した方にはなかなか縁遠い店が並んでいますが、二階から上は新しい発見があるかもしれません。マイカル倒産後はイオンに経営が移り、2015年にリニューアルされましたが、雰囲気は以前と変わりません。車でしか行けないところにありがちなニトリができて便利になりました。最近、溝の口駅近くのノクティや、このお店も、駅の近くに大きなニトリができていて、企業努力と成長が感じられます。
A few minutes' walk from Yokohama Station, Vivre has a store for young people. There are many shops that are far from old people, but there may be new discoveries from the second floor up. After the bankruptcy of Mycal, the management moved to Aeon and it was renewed in 2015, but the atmosphere is the same as before. It has become convenient to have Nitori, which is often found only by car. Recently, NOCTY near Mizonokuchi Station and this shop also have a big Nitori near the station, and you can feel the corporate efforts and growth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if you are a tourist or maybe exchange student. This is one place you really should go to for your home goods. You can create your own space of comfort and home away from home with the items here. This place is really helpful. Ikea with Japanese aesthetic, its Nitori :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is not that big compared to other Nitori store but guess what? It's in Yokohama.
Previously there was no Nitori store in Yokohama and hence having one is really a great value.
It has a great collection like all other Nitori store. The staff are compassionate and tries to help in finding any specific home product.
The store is accessible for all kinds disabilities. The alley between the shelves are enough for wheel chairs.
