★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Nitori de Tsurumi in Yokohama to buy a bunk bed, I didn't have it fitted in the store I wanted, so I showed the photo of the bunk bed on the store's website that I wanted for a salesperson and she placed the order, but to my surprise when the product arrived at my house was a different color than the one I had shown in the photo on the nitori website for the seller. I wanted the natural color and a horrible color arrived. I showed the photo to the saleswoman she saw the color and when placing the order she put the wrong color, I had no way of knowing, I believe she did not attend me very carefully, because I am a foreigner, I was very sad because all the furniture from my house are from the Nitori store and that never happened.??
