B	Baby3566 ReVeluv- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が素晴らしい。特に年配のおばさま方。全ての接客業の方、お仕事されている方、就活生見習うべきだな、と自身も思うぐらい洗練されています。まるで秘書検定の模範かのような良い対応をして下さって終始心地良かったです。商品知識もさることながら納品日までの処理も的確迅速。何も言うことはありませんでした。上層部の方の教育が行き届いているのでしょうね。素晴らしい会社です。これからもお世話になります(^^) The customer service is wonderful. Especially elderly ladies. It is so sophisticated that I think that all people in the hospitality industry, those who are working, and those who are job hunters should be emulated. It was nice to have a good response as if it was a model for the secretary test. Not only product knowledge but also processing up to the delivery date is accurate and quick. I didn't say anything. I think the education of the upper management is perfect. It's a great company. Thank you for your continued support (^^)

さ	さとうきび on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えはとても良いです。ただこの日、電源コードを収納出来るボックスを探していたので「眼鏡をかけた少し小太りの男性店員」に尋ねた所、「うちでは置いていません」と即答されました。しかしその後自分で探した所、普通に陳列されてました。客としては店員さんが言った事は基本信じるしかないので、調べる素振りもみせずに即答されたのは正直残念です。今後もこの店は利用させてもらうと思いますが、この一件で店員さんへの信頼は下がりました。 The assortment is very good. However, on this day, I was looking for a box that could store the power cord, so when I asked "a slightly overweight male clerk with glasses", he immediately answered, "I haven't put it in my house." However, when I searched for it myself, it was displayed normally. As a customer, I have no choice but to believe what the clerk said, so I'm honestly disappointed that I answered immediately without even pretending to look it up. I think that I will continue to use this store in the future, but this one case has reduced the trust of the clerk.

ゆ	ゆたんぽん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず駐車場が広くて便利！平面駐車場と、屋上駐車場があります。店内もとても広く、清潔感があり、通路も割と広めにとってあるので、すれ違いも問題ないです。結構な回数行ってますが、店員さんもしっかりされている方がほとんどで、変な人にあたったことないです。 First of all, the parking lot is large and convenient! There is a flat parking lot and a rooftop parking lot. The inside of the store is very large and clean, and the aisles are relatively wide, so there is no problem with passing each other. I've been there quite a few times, but most of the staff are well-established, and I've never met a strange person.

It took some time to enter the parking lot from the main street. I think the inside of the store was bright and easy to find. I was relieved that the corona measures were solid ❗

A	Andrea Miyata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Nitori. They have nicely designed housewares for reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and super helpful, and even have some staff who speak English well. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they put stickers that are hard to remove on everything (this is not a problem with this store but with Nitori as a whole).
