★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前より種類は減ってしまいましたが、見やすい展示なのでわかりやすいです。
季節によって変わるラインナップは、見ているうちに欲しくなるものばかり。
2階フロアの展示はショールームのように展示してあるので、見ていてワクワクしますし、参考になります。

The exhibition on the second floor is displayed like a showroom, so it is exciting to watch and useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12kg以上の大きく運びにくい商品を買ったが、運びましょうか？の言葉も素振りも一切なかった。所詮ニトリだなという感じ。
客の荷物は絶対に運ぶなと教育されているんだろう。
空いているにも関わらず、客の立場に立ったサービスも出来ないのなら、通販だけで売ればいいのに。店内の棚はスカスカでみすぼらしいし。
以上の理由で低評価が妥当。
I bought a large and difficult-to-carry item that weighs more than 12 kg. Should I carry it? I didn't have any words or gestures. After all, it feels like Nitori.
I think they are educated not to carry customers' luggage.
If you can't provide a service from the customer's point of view even though it's vacant, you can sell it only by mail order. The shelves in the store are squishy and shabby.
Low evaluation is appropriate for the above reasons.
