こんなことがありました。 ソファーを購入し届くのを楽しみにしていました。 購入時に土日祝日の休みでしか受け取れないので、配送業者の予定を確認し日曜日午前中に指定しました。 販売担当者がタブレット端末で、日曜日午前中が空きがある日にちが購入日より2週間後を表示し、年内はこの日の午前中しか空きがないと発言されたので、2週間後の午前中を指定しました。販売担当者のお言葉は配送日当日、朝、何時頃に届けられるのか連絡があるとお言葉がありました。 ところが、楽しみに指定いた配送日前日に配送業者から電話連絡があり「明日の16時から18時までに配送します」 タブレット端末に表示された午前中の配達は出来ませんと伝えられました。タブレット端末の時間帯と違うので配送業者からニトリへ連絡し、私どもへ連絡をするとお言葉があったので配送日前日はニトリへ連絡をしませんでした。 配送日当日11時になってもなにもニトリより連絡がないため、ニトリの領収書に記載があった電話番号に電話を30分くらいトライをするが繋がらないためニトリのホームページで連絡しました。 販売店の電話番号が領収書等に記載がないため電話番号を調べ直接販売店に電話を入れたところ配送の指定が日曜日ののみで午前中の指定にはなってない、午前午後の指定には1100円の指定料が別にいります、日曜日の午前指定には3300円が必要で、2200円のお支払いでは購入時に午前指定されていませんと電話の対応者の応対でした。 購入時に午前指定は追加料金が必要だとそのような説明もなくタブレット端末で午前中の空きが表示されそれにより配達予定を指定できたと認識していたのが裏切られた気分です、ニトリが信用が出来ない販売店になるのかもしれませんが、配送日にそのような対応をいわれても、配送業者の指定された時間に配送されるのを待つしかなく夕方の予定を変更し受け取りましたが、ニトリのこのような対応は悲しく思います。 ニトリのホームページへ入力した内容の返事が、入力した翌日の14時頃ありました。対応についてホームページ上は日数がかかるとありますが、当日の配達の件について翌日の対応はいかがかなものかと思います、また前日の対応した男性社員と販売を担当した社員、電話連絡をよこした社員間での情報の共有がで出来てないような対応でした。

接客悪すぎです。カーテン買いに行って、なんかあんまり親身にもなってくれずレースのカーテンのサイズなくて、初めに接客した店員さん接客中でしたが周りに店員さん居なくてすみませんと声掛けたら、今接客中なんだよな的な不機嫌な対応でビックリ…こちらも悪いと思いすみませんと言ったのに呆れました! 接客中だったお客さんとは仲良さげに親身に対応し、 別の店員さんに引き継いでもらった店員さんはとても親切で購入出来ましたが最初に接客した店員さん帰りにすれ違ってもありがとうございますの一言無し。 客を選んで接客してるとしか思えない感じでした。 他のクチコミ見ましたが接客悪い感じですね。 接客マナーなってないのでちゃんとした方が良いですよ! 商品良いのに接客悪いって残念です。
