。	。コマ猫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内で注文した時待ち時間が長いのでこちらからなにも言わなかったがドリンク2人分をサービスしてくれたということも1度あった。しかしKFCを持っているか等の確認が店員によって違っていたり注文と違う商品が入っていたりということが何度かあった。セットでオリジナルチキンか骨なしケンタッキーか選べるものなのにどちらにするか聞かれないということもあった。開店当初からときどき利用しているがずっとこういったことがあるので改善してもらいたい。 When I ordered in the store, the waiting time was long, so I didn't say anything from here, but once I was served two drinks. ち	ちとも on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の対応や商品は☆4を付けたい所、けど立地が良くない。ドライブスルーが込みだすと店の正面入り口に止めてる車は出入りしづらくなり、場所よっては駐車場から出れなくなる事も。ドライブスルーも大きい車が並ぶとドライブスルー出口から出るとき段差が邪魔して出づらくなる。 The store clerk's response and products are where you want to add ☆ 4, but the location is not good. ア	アイス棒 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の15時過ぎに利用しました。男性のスタッフの方が対応して下さって、非常に丁寧だなと感心しました。ご用意に2、3分ほどお待ち下さいと具体的に伝えて頂いたことで待ち時間があった事も苦ではなく、お見送りのお辞儀がとても綺麗で感動しました。こういう接客をしてもらうと心が暖かくなるなぁと思いました。有難うございます。 I used it after 15:00 on weekdays. I was impressed that the male staff responded and was very polite. It wasn't a pain to have to wait for a few minutes to prepare, and I was impressed by the beautiful bow of seeing off. I thought it would warm my heart if I had this kind of customer service. Thank you.

This is a chicken restaurant with no chicken. The staff is rude and annoying. It's the only KFC in Iida City so if I want KFC I have to go here and I hate this place! 0 stars!
